Isle of Mull

The best holiday ever, filled with the most magical experiences.

While we were there we went on two trips, Mull Charters, who get close to White-Tailed Eagles while they fish, and Sea Life Surveys, who help you spot Cetaceans. Both trips were mesmerizing, as we were so close to the animals.

On the Mull Charters trip the eagles were fishing meters away from the boat, as well as getting so close to the eagles we observed a huge dog otter fishing close to a small island near Ulva. We got rather excited as we haven't seen an otter for a few years.

However, the Sea Life Surveys trip was by far my favorite, a pod of 100+ Common Dolphins surrounded the boat bow riding, leaping and playing so close to the boat, it was magical and even over a week later it still doesn't feel real. My friend and I were really lucky as we were allowed to go right to the bow of the boat, we were so close you could feel the spray from their blow holes. It was the best experience of my life and one I'll never forget!

The rest of the holiday was just as amazing and the weather was lovely!
